Upon signing an agreement with the land manager an audit of the trails and TTF’s is your first step. Volunteers can only do so much in a given time so your club will have to discuss with the land manger which TTF’s or trails need immediate attention. Some trails or TTF’s may have to be decommissioned before they can be upgraded.
