What do u think of Norwich union car insurance ?
Well.. I was with Norwich union and i think they are the biggest shower of usleless BA**ards around. I got 50 quid compensation off of them because i complained. First off all, the stupid foreign idiots had taken 95.80 out of my bank account when it should only have been 76 quid. As i had left 79 quid in my account thinking this was plenty, i recieved a bank charge due to their mistake. They said that they were trying to help me but they couldnt explain to me why i needed this help and could hardly speak a word of english. They also laughed at me when i was saying things to them and i dnt mean a little chuckle i mean a full blown pi$$in themselves laughing. Must have found me quite amusing. They are patronising A$$holes. These two experiences were amoungst other things. The biggest thing is when they cancelled my insurance policy and blamed it on me. I had called them to find out why my instalment for that month had not been taken and they told me that my insurance policy had been canc
