What do they do in day care?
Each daycare is different and the laws on how many kids one person can look after in a daycare is different for each state. You will need to contact a couple of daycare and pick one that you like best. But make sure that the person who is watching your child while your at work. Understands your rules also and what you expect from them. Just because they are taking care of your kids, doesn’t mean you can’t have rules. For example: If your child starts to bite, have them contact you when it happens so you can nip it in the bud. Most daycare will wait until you pick up the child. But you want that communication with the daycare provider so they know you are interested in your childs well being.
