What do the “Top, Base, Distribution, Budget, Status” words mean on the top of the document?
These links are short cut anchors that will take you quickly to a particular spot on the document. If you click on the “Top” link it will take you to the top of the document. Clicking on the other links will go to their respective locations on the document. If you have problems seeing these links then you may need to change the font size on your browser settings. If you use Internet Explorer you will need to change the font/text size to “smaller”. If you use Netscape Navigator as your browser and cannot see the links then change your variable width font in the preferences to font size 10.
