What do the terms Zero and Span Adjustment mean?
For on/off applications, Zero is the “set point” the point where the desired actuation or alarm is to occur. For continuous level measurement, Zero is the 0% level point on the sensing probe. Span Adjustment is for continuous level measurement. This is the distance in pico-farads from the Zero level point to the Full or highest desired level measurement point.
