What do the terms Short Wait and Long Wait mean?
Some of your videos may display a wait status. This is an indication that more customers want to see this video than we have copies. We recommend that you keep your videos in the order in which you prefer to see them, regardless of their wait time. Short Wait: We don’t have quite enough copies to meet current demand. We should have enough copies in the near future. Long Wait: There is considerably more demand than available copies. It is unlikely that we will be able to send this video within the next week or two. Wait time for Long Wait status is generally less than 30 days.
