What do the states displayed in the “Service Status” column of the My Services page mean?
The “Service Status” column shows how long you have been a subscriber to any services that are to renew automatically at the end of the current billing cycle. Also, if you have canceled any services and those services are to remain active until the end of their current billing cycles, or if you have purchased any non-renewing services (ones that remain active for a period of time but do not renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle), the date until which the services are to remain active appears in the “Service Status” column.
