What do the sponsors hope to achieve by holding the Summit?
The Summit will produce a locally grown plan of action to improve addiction services in Calgary. It will focus on how the system works in order to build on what is working well, identify and fill any gaps in the system, and optimize current services and resources. If the stakeholders can find common ground on actions to improve the system and commit to their implementation, the plan has a better chance of succeeding.
