What do the sizes of each cubby shown on the web page mean?

The sizes shown on the web pages are the overall roof sizes. The sizes include all parts of the cubby. That is the house, verandah, and all walls, but do not include the extra sizes when a cubby is elevated. Not included in the sizes shown are ladders, slides, scramble nets and any other attachments that are used outside of the basic floor pattern. Please contact our office if you wish to add any of the abovementioned accessories and you need to know the final area required to install your selected cubby.
