What do the Scriptures Prophecy about Jesus?
Prophecy is an inspired utterance of a prophet, viewed as a revelation of Gods will. It is a prediction of the future, made under divine inspiration. Jesus (Isa Al Masih) was well aware that many of the prophets including Moses had predicted not only about him, but also to the details of his birth, life and death. To this the scripture say: And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself…. Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.
