What do the reservation statuses mean?
• Reserved – Reservation has been placed but a suitable item is not yet available to be borrowed. • In Transit – The item has been found and has been placed in the delivery to the pickup branch. • Available – The item has arrived at the pickup branch and is ready for collection. • Expired – If a time limit was placed on the reservation and the item hasn’t arrived in time then this message would appear. • Not Collected – The item has arrived at the pickup branch but has not been collected and is no longer available.
