The red explanation mark means an alert. If you move the mouse over to the mark, you will see the explanation what it means . If it is an image or photo, it means the resolution of the picture is not the best for print quality. You may want to upload an image with higher resolution or shrink the image box size so that the picture will have good quality in print. If it is a text box, it means the box is too small to fit all the text within the box.
