What do the players do once they arrive at the airport if ABC is picking them up?
A. You will be sent a Welcome Packet once you sign up for camp that will list exactly what you need to do once you arrive at the airport. For players under the age of 14, we recommend that you pay the extra fee for one of America s Baseball Camps representatives to sign for your child. In this case, one of our representatives will sign for the player at baggage claim from the airline employee. You will need to provide the airline with the name(s) of the adult from ABC that will meet the player(s) at the airport pickup. Contact us prior to your departure and we will provide you with one or two ABC representatives’ names.
