What do the numbers of the Interim Salary Grade Placement Summary sheet represent?
The numbers and classification descriptions down the left hand side of the chart correspond to the existing classification system per Page 57 of your collective agreement. For each of these classifications, there are then listed the interim new salary grades for positions in that classification. So, for example, if you look at Continuing S/I’s Level A, who are currently all at Salary Grade 1, 3 of them have an interim rating of 4p, 1 has a rating of 5, 37 a rating of 6 and 1 rating of 7.
