This is a summary of the activity for a given SmartMessage. “Total” refers to the total number of recipients of the message. “Direct” shows a fraction in which the top number is the number of direct recipients who have responded and the bottom number is the number of direct recipients who have been sent the message. “Relayed” refers to the number of responses and sends for people who were sent the SmartMessage after it had already been sent the first time.
