What do the MTELP scores mean?
There are several ways to determine what a certain MTELP score means. Many organizations use, for instance, either relative percentile among company employees or external benchmarks. Generally speaking, organizations determine a role profile that includes the level of required proficiency according to its internal objectives. The test report includes a detailed English proficiency report that highlights the individual’s strenghts and opportunity areas.
