What do the Media Libary call numbers mean?
• MV – Videocassette • Most of the videocassettes in the Media Library collection are VHS 1/2 inch. • DVD – Digital Versatile Disc • LD – Laserdisc • MP – Motion Picture • Most of the motion pictures in the Media Library are in 16 mm format. MPs are housed in remote storage and require a 24-hour retrieval period.
