What do the manufacturers REALLY mean when they say that their orange juices contain “100% vitamin C?
I found this site about labels. It seems just because it is fortified with vitamin C it can have that misleading statement in the label. Does it give more detail in the amount of “C” somewhere else on the label? Perhaps you can find out further what are the regulations on labeling. This is an interesting question.
