Our standard manuals are generally broken down into 5 separate volumes: • – Information for the Health and Safety File • – Architectural O&M • – Mechanical O&M • – Electrical O&M • – Structural O&M We convert all sub-contractor manuals into our own layout which include built in navigation tools so it is easy to use and consistent in navigation. We can also work to other templates such as that required by British Airways, Mark & Spencer’s, City University etc.
