What do the “M” and “Birth” screens mean within the DUO series watch set up function?
The “M” you see on the screen along with the word “Gender” refers to “Male”. For male users, press Mode/Set button to confirm. For Females, click the right hand side buttons up or down to until you see the letter “F”. Press Mode/Set pusher to select. The “Birth” screen refers to the year you were born. Using the right hand buttons, scroll up and down to adjust the year until you come to you specific birth year. Press Mode/Set pusher to select.
