Inspired by the natural beauty and history of the region, the exteriors of Linden Oaks homes feature clean lines, contrasting colors and Southern-style covered porches. Our 1,950+ square foot, 2-story floor plans offer 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and family room, eat-in kitchen and adjoining dining area. All homes feature a one-car garage with remote-controlled door, 9-foot ceilings on the first floor and a private backyard patio. In addition, the laundry room is located on the second floor for added convenience. One-story homes are also available in keeping with standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
