What do the LED lights on the PT200 mean?
1) Power ON When you attach the battery to the PT200, the RED LED will be displayed for 2 seconds before disappearing. This indicates that the device is performing its bootup procedure. 2) Button Functions Pressing then releasing the button has the following effects (based on the length of time you press the button). 1-3 seconds: LED indicates whether the device is in digital CDMA coverage Solid GREEN indicates the device is in coverage. Solid RED indicates the device is out of coverage. 3-6 seconds: LED indicates battery level Solid GREEN indicates battery level at 3.7 volts or greater. Blinking RED indicates battery level between 3.4 and 3.7 volts. Solid RED indicates battery level is below 3.4 volts. Note that the device will automatically shut off as soon as the battery voltage drops to 3.1 volts. If the device shuts itself off and the voltage settles above 3.1 volts, pressing the button will cause the device to power ON (see #1).
