What do the labels on the application form mean?

0

Label 1 is ‘Australian business number’. This number will be pre-printed on your personalised application form. As an endorsed ITEC, ITEF or DGR, your organisation was given an ABN as part of the endorsement process. Label 2 is ‘Tax file number’. This number will be pre-printed on your personalised application form. Your organisation may not have been previously notified of its TFN. All organisations that have been registered with an ABN, have also been allocated a TFN for Tax Office processing purposes. The Tax Office will be using this TFN to process your application as quickly as possible. Do not change these two labels. If you need a replacement package, please contact 1300 130 248 to organise a replacement. Label 3 is ‘Name of organisation’. This will be pre-printed on your personalised application form. It is the name your organisation provided to the Tax Office at the time of endorsement. If there has been a name change, written advice should be sent to: Australian Taxation Offi
