What do the labels look like?
A. CAPS has a variety of label formats. Although we may not be able to exactly copy your current label, we will organize and present the information in a similar format. Usually, our customer’s name is boldly printed at the top of the label. At the bottom of the label in small print is CAPS’ name and address, as required by State Pharmacy Law. The standard label information, such as the patient’s name, drug and dosage is located in the body of the label.
