What do the item statuses “processing,” “expected to ship,” “shipped,” and “cancelled” mean?
You can check your overall order and item status at the Track Order page. Your items may be listed as processing, shipped, or cancelled. If an item you’ve selected is backordered, you will see an expected to ship date. Processing: we are working to fill your item request Expected to ship: the date we expect to ship your backordered item Shipped: your item has been shipped Cancelled: you have cancelled this item from your order Can I view a history of my orders Yes. My Order History is an exclusive online feature for our My Account web members. Web members can use My Order History to view a summary of up to three years of their purchase history. Web members can then select orders individually to view details including order status.
