What do the IELTS fees refer to?
The IELTS fees include IELTS test fee, IELTS transfer fee and the IELTS cancellation fee. All candidates must pay the IELTS test fee to finalise IELTS registration. The IELTS transfer fee is charged for candidates who have completed IELTS registration and decide to change IELTS test centre (subject to availability) or IELTS test date (subject to availability) up to three weeks before the test date. The IELTS cancellation fee is the amount refunded to you following cancellation of your test up to three weeks before the test date.
