What do the icons on the Shipments screen represent?
Inbound View is represented with an arrow pointing into a circle. Inbound View provides information on shipments where you are identified as the recipient. Shipments are coming inbound to the enrolled account number or location. Outbound View is represented with an arrow pointing out of a circle. Outbound View provides information on shipments where you are identified as the shipper. Shipments are going outbound from the enrolled account number or location. Third Party View is represented with three people Third Party View provides information on shipments where you are identified as the third party payer. You are paying transportation costs and/or duties and taxes for shipments listed here.
