What do the icons do on the menu bars?
• The Maps arrow on the top bar takes you back to the map selection screen. • The lock icon on the top bar locks the map so that it does not move inadvertently when you don’t want it to. Once locked you are offered a slidebar at the bottom of the screen to enable you to unlock it. • The locate icon (circle with sight markings) on the bottom bar allows you to locate your current position depending upon the capability of your device. • The track icon (two small circles with dotted line between) allows you to to start and end the recording of your tracks. • The i for information button gives you more information including copyright and licensing references for the map. • The square icon takes you to full map view. Location and tracking remain unaffected if you do this.
