What do the HRL and LRL field values mean and how will they be applied?
High Reasonability Limit (HRL) and Low Reasonability Limit (LRL) are parameters used to validate submitted High Sustained Limit (HSL) and Low Sustained Limit (LSL) values in the Market Management System (MMS). If HSL and LSL exceed the reasonability limits, the MMS will provide an error message. If the HRL and LRL are set incorrectly, the Resource Entity will be required to update the resource registration with ERCOT.
