Summary graphs depict the observed data upon which the Predictive Model is based. This data reflects the work loss periods for individuals across the spectrum of physical conditions, in various industries, with or without case management. The graphs, however, may include additional ICD-9-CM codes, and those codes are listed in the heading for each graph.
