What do the errors in the Online Banking Log mean?
If you click on the View Log button next to an account on the Account Summary page, you can view the log for that account. The following table lists the errors that can occur: Error Type Description Account Number Error The account number you entered does not match the account number assigned by the account-holding institution. If the account number is incorrect in the Online Banking system, you can change it by clicking on Modify on the Manage Accounts page. You can change the information that is associated with your account on the Modify Account Access page. Sometimes this problem occurs when users enter the account number from their checks instead of their account statements. Data Error The account number, User ID and/or password does not match the access credentials assigned by the account-holding institution.
