What do the different order statuses mean?
When you log into the ‘My Account’ section on our site you will be able to see the current status of any orders you have placed with us, this is what the different statuses mean:- Payment Authorised – Your order has been received and payment has been authorised. Processing – We are currently dealing with your order. Ready for dispatch – Your order has been packaged and is ready to be sent. Dispatched – Your order has been sent. Pending – We are waiting for some information from you to enable us to process your order. 3rd Party Dispatch – Your order is due to be disatched directly from the manufacturer or distributor Cancelled – You order has been cancelled and will not be sent, before cancelling an order we would contact you to let you know the reason behind this and explain how we would refund any payment made. • My order is showing as having been dispatched but it hasn’t arrived yet, can I track it? “Your Order is in Process” Your order is still being processed. If your order includes multiple items, it is possible that the items may be in different states of processing.
