There are four states for any order: Processing – Your order is pending billing approval. This process may take up to 24 hours, and signifies that your order is being validated as a legitimate transaction. Preparing To Ship – Your order has been approved in billing, and is now preparing to ship in the warehouse. If all of the products you’ve ordered are in stock, this process should complete the same day your order is approved (if before 12PM EST) Partially Shipped – Parts of your order have been shipped, and tracking numbers are available. Some items may be out of stock, and will ship as soon as they arrive. Fully Shipped – Your entire order has shipped, and tracking numbers are available for all packages.
