As you move your mouse around the board, you will see one of 3 different mouse pointers. The Drag pointer means that whatever it underneath the mouse pointer can be dragged around the board. The Click pointer means that the item can be clicked and some action will be taken. The Default pointer means that there are no actions associated with the item under the pointer.
