Most other health profession schools and colleges, who participate in a CAS, charge their applicants a supplemental fee. The top 15 dental programs, in terms of numbers of applicants, all charged a supplemental fee, ranging from $30 to $85. Supplemental fees have not been reported to have any measured or measurable impact on the number of interested applicants a school or college will receive using a CAS. It is up to the school or college to determine the need for a supplemental application for their program.
