What do the CMCA Program designations represent?
VCP = Verified Circulation Paid. Members with at least 70% paid circulation. Paid is defined as a minimum subscription rate of $12.00 per year. VCC = Verified Circulation Controlled. Members who do not have 70% paid circulation but nevertheless distribute free to designated areas and/or by an address list, over a specific market area on a regular and ongoing basis.
