The Board of Directors serves the local units and members and helps conduct the business of PTA between annual meetings. Individual board members can be assigned to represent the Connecticut PTA to outside agencies and organizations. The Board is responsible for guiding the policy and decision-making of the Connecticut PTA. Functions of the board are listed in Policy No. 302c.
