The application fee will cover the processing of credit, employment and residential history. The Rent Reservation Payment holds the property for you until your scheduled move in date at which time it is applied to the first month’s rent charge.

The application fee will cover the processing of credit, employment and residential history. We use CBI/Equifax and National Tenant Network to help process the background check. The reservation fee is applied to the first month’s rent charge. Back to Top.
