The Residence Club Members pay annual fees for the professional management and operation of Tidewatch. Included in these annual fees are funds for supplies, housekeeping, landscaping and snow removal, security, utilities, insurance, property taxes, window-washing, labor, and a reserve account for refurbishment and replacement of furnishings, appliances, amenities and grounds of Tidewatch.
