What do the 20th and 40th percentiles mean on the Summary Report?

0

On the Summary Report, where it’s showing the 20th and 40th percentiles, it’s showing the raw score at those percentiles. The means and percentiles are your local district percentiles on a district-level summary report, and your school mean and percentiles on a school summary report. Those percentiles are a temporary guideline for interpreting WUF (see the WUF chapter in the Administration & Scoring Guide for more information). For RTF we recommend looking at the “percent of ORF” column on the Class List Report.
