What do survey results look like?
The Marriott Library will receive a survey report, along with data and text files that can be analyzed using software such as SPSS and Atlas.ti. We will also have access to summary results from all other participating institutions, allowing us to compare our results to peer institutions. This will aid us in developing benchmarks and understanding best practices across institutions. It will also help us to align our services better with user expectations.
