What do successful, profit making businesses have in common?
They meet a need or want from the public. “Find a need and fill it ” is necessary in any business whether it is a restaurant, plumber or salesperson. What are the essential characteristics of a successful entrepreneur? 1) Desire! If you have the “Want to ” you can always find the “How to” in any business. 2) Focus! If you can get focused on a goal and work everyday to move closer to the fulfillment of your vision you can succeed. 3) Perseverance! A do not quit attitude is a must to succeed. Do you have to be born with these characteristics or do you think they can be acquired? I know they can be acquired! I was very fortunate to be mentored by some awesome leaders and I was coachable. I was hungry for success and found some role models who I respected and wanted my life to look like theirs. These characteristics can be acquired.
