What do shareholders receive in the annual meeting mailing?
You will receive: • Annual report • Notice of the annual meeting • Proxy statement containing the meeting details and describing the items to be voted • RSVP form to attend the meeting • Proxy card to cast their vote on business matters Materials are usually mailed 30 to 45 days prior to the meeting. Please vote by returning your completed proxy card or cast your vote by telephone or Internet.
