What do Residence Club Members pay when visiting Tidewatch?
The annual operating costs associated with the membership are paid quarterly, so unless they have incurred other resort charges, members pay nothing upon check-out at the end of their Membership Week and their FlexWeek. The Short Notice Visit stays will require only a housekeeping or “turn-over” charge to clean Tidewatch. If a Member will not be using his/her full complement of weeks in a given year, a pro-rata allocation of these quarterly fees will be computed and applied to any Short Notice Visit housekeeping charges.
