What do renters and landlords or roommates need to have to use the GoNoGo Rental Decision Maker?
Since the GoNoGo Rental Decision Maker is an entirely online service, landlords and tenants or roommates need access to the Internet and individual email addresses. If either party does not have access to the Internet, free Internet access may be available through local libraries, and many retailers and cafes now offer free wi-fi to customers. If either party does not have an email address, they will first need to establish one, which can be accomplished by using one of many free online email services, such as Gmail. Applicants must have their own email address, as email addresses act as the username for the GoNoGo Rental Decision Maker account. Each renter will then log in separately to confirm or decline the authorized release of his or her individual data to the landlord or roommate.
