What do ratings mean to vacationers?
Ratings are provided for each vacation rental property to ensure that the vacation rental has a certain criteria of amenities, luxuries and that the property has been well maintained, inside and out. This includes but not limited to appearance of exterior paint, convenience to local shopping, comfortability, amenities, accommodations, cleanliness, the smell of mold or musty odor and the furnishings. These are just a few of the criteria items that are visually inspected. This makes it easier for the vacationer to find what they are looking for according to their needs and budget.
