What do Protestants think REALLY happened with the Miracle of Fatima?

I believe you are incorrect to say that they do not care to know what actually happened. I’ve investigated these things very much because I do not want to be against what God is doing in the world. The unfortunate thing is that Catholics believe whatever these apparitons say without testing it against what the scriptures say. This supposed Mary says that she is co-redemptrix and mediator between God and man. I’m sorry, but the scriptures declare plainly (including the Catholic New American Bible and Jerusalem Bible) that there is only one redeemer and only one mediator between God and man. “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” -1st Timothy 2:5 There is a video link below that will give the so-called ‘Potestant’ view and fully refute all claims of the apparitions using the scriptures Catholics claim to believe. It’s only 87 minutes long and gives Catholic and P:rotestant views.
