What do prisoners get when in prison?
None of what we would call luxuries. Most of them have to work and with the little money they get they can buy some nice food from the canteen to supplement the prison diet. They can also buy shampoo and shower gel. Not sure what you mean by luxuries. They have to pay a £1 a week for a TV in their cell, but think, a lot of the time they are locked up for 20 hours a day, more at weekends. It’s not a holiday camp, it’s horrible. I work for HMP. EDIT: TJ Punk is talking rubbish. I suspect he has never been within a mile of a British Jail.
