What do people think of Verizon Fios?
Looking at various Fios message boards, the main complaint seems to be the billing problems. It sounds like they have an antiquated billing system that hasn’t kept up with the times. Another thing that seems to be a problem is missed installation appointments. These problems are in the minority but if you are the one with the problem then it is a big deal. Once you have everything set up and you don’t have billing problems, Fios is rock solid. I would recommend it to people. Most people think internet is better and TV is better then satellite. Fios TV is all digital so you will need a set top box for each television unlike cable where some channels are analog and don’t need a set top box. Verizon offers a 30 day trial period.
