What do people think of film atonement havent seen it but heard good reviews?
Personally, I was quite disappointed with that movie. It definitely wasn’t what I expected. It was still a good movie, and I probably would have thought it was better if I hadn’t heard all the hype about it. It isn’t “the most achingly romantic movie since Titanic” like they are saying it is, in my opinion. I didn’t come close to shedding a single tear. I just kept expecting more to happen in the story and the whole time I was watching it, I was waiting for the movie to get exciting and it never did. I don’t think it’s worth seeing in the theater. Just rent it when it comes out on DVD.
